There is no better bargain than Boy Scout Summer Camp. Compared to other summer programs, Scout Camp delivers an outstanding program, with lifelong value, at a fraction of the cost.
Unlike the fees at many camps in the Northeast Region, the summer camp fee at Rotary Scout Reservation is all inclusive. This fee includes all program materials, including items such as ammunition and craft kits required for merit badge completion.
Please note that the Regular Fee applies when paid in full by May 1, 2011. For late Webelos cross-overs, the Regular Fee applies when paid in full by June 1, 2011. The fees for Summer Camp 2011 at Rotary Scout Reservation are as follows:
The camp fees for 2011 have not been set at this time. The fees will be posted here as soon as they are available.

Camperships
Camperships to attend Summer Camp at RSR are available to Scouts in Twin Rivers Council units who have demonstrated financial need. Camperships may be used to cover a portion of the Scout’s fee to attend camp, frequently in conjunction with other fundraising opportunities. To apply for a Twin Rivers Council Campership, please submit the following application to the Council Service Center by May 15th.

Second Week Discount Fee
A Scout will be eligible for a reduced second week fee at Rotary Scout Reservation if he has already paid for one week of summer camp at RSR or Camp Wakpominee in 2011. Attendance at JLTC, NOAC, Jamboree, High Adventure Camps, or non-Twin Rivers Council camps may not be used in conjunction with this discount.
Please contact Camp Director Brian Murray for details: email: campdirector@rsrbsa.org
Adult Leader Fee
It is the policy of the BSA that a minimum of two adult leaders provide supervision for each unit and that there be one adult for every eight boys. In order to keep costs as low as possible for the Scouts, RSR charges an Adult Leader Fee for each leader beyond the required ratio for unit supervision. Please use the following chart to determine the Adult Leader Fee for your unit:
# of Youth # of Free Adults Each Additional Adult
1-8 2 $100
9-16 2 $100
17-24 3 $100
25-32 4 $100

Provisional Camping
A Scout who is unable to go to camp with his own troop or wishes to got to camp for a second week without his unit will be assigned to a RSR provisional troop. Typically, provisional campers are placed with carefully selected existing troops and function as a member of that troop for the week. In some cases, a larger number of provisional campers will be formed into a separate troop for the week, with trained, qualified leadership provided by the camp staff.
